Develop and manage a digital strategy for digital communication plans to support the marketing and retail strategies, bring new ideas, values, and insights to the brand through continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze ROI of all marketing activities and present monthly reports ; operate business strategy to drive development and implement business plan
Evaluate market trends & business environment regularly and provide feedback
Explore joint-promotion opportunities through brands collaboration & partnership
Create customer value to generate customer loyalty to the Brands

Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines
Over 5 years in both digital marketing and offline marketing
Experience in beauty center is a plus
Experience in digital marketing within the beauty center is highly prefer
Experience in websites management, SEO, social media, content marketing and e-marketing campaign management
Creative, Proactive, self-initiated, good interpersonal skills and flexible to work
